How do I report a bug?

Email us at ss@felttip.com with the following details:

  • Your Sound Studio version and macOS version (e.g., Sound Studio 4.8.15 on macOS Mojave 10.14.5).
  • Short description of what you were doing in Sound Studio and what went wrong.

If Sound Studio crashes, please also copy the crash report into an email to send to us. If you get any error messages, please screenshot them or let us know the exact wording of the error message in your email.
