Returns and refunds.

If you're not satisfied with Sound Studio 4, please let us know if there's anything we can do to help improve your experience with the app. We take into account feature requests and user feedback when we update Sound Studio, so don't hesitate to reach out.

If you bought Sound Studio from the Mac App Store and would like a refund, you can request it by signing into reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID. Apple doesn't give us a way to offer refunds, so you have to request the refund through them.

If you bought Sound Studio directly from us, you can request a refund by emailing ss@felttip.com.
